Our RMA software support curstomer service. marketing, and logistics in the management of returns (RMA = Return Material Authorization). RMA can be used as a stand-alone system or it can – with even higher efficiency – be linked to to a warehouse, factory and logistics system, for example to CAL’s TransControl.
